We have two homes in Rice Lake. One is a 15-bed assisted living community and the other is a 16-bed assisted living community. Both offer secure, home-like environments for our residents, located near medical facilities, shopping, dining and recreational facilities.

Our Rice Lake communities provide our residents with a warm, dignified and caring atmosphere by recognizing the special needs of each and every resident.
