Katie Chipman
Communications and Marketing Director
My name is Katie Chipman. I have lived in northern Wisconsin my entire life and love anything to do with the outdoors. This is a passion I have instilled in my 4 children, and we enjoy together. I came on to the VitaCare Team back in November of 2023 with a 20 + year background of working with special need adults on many levels. I love my role with VitaCare because I get to work with such smart and caring people. We work as a team for the good of our staff and residents. I function every day with the question; Would I send my own loved one to one of our communities?
Tara Crotteau
Regional Operations Director
Hello, My name is Tara Crotteau and I am the Regional Operations Director for Wisconsin. I have been an RN for 32 years and have been part of this amazing group for the past 15 months. I am incredibly proud of the teams we have created in our locations across Wisconsin. They are dedicated, loyal, and have a passion for what they do which inspires me every single day. There is not a day that passes without hearing about the excellent care we provide, the appreciation from families, and the warmth of our communities. It is truly an honor to be a part of something so vital, important, and rewarding as caring for our residents.
Tori Hanson, RN, BSN
Clinical Nurse Director
Hello, My name is Tori Hanson, and I am one of our Clinical Nurse Directors of VitaCare Living – Wisconsin. I have more than 7 years of acute care experience in nursing with another 10 years of medical caregiver experience throughout acute care and home health care. I graduated from UW-La Crosse with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and then completed an accelerated Bachelor of Science in nursing from Milwaukee School of Engineering. I joined the VitaCare team with enthusiasm and professionalism to provide excellent care for residents. I encourage leadership in each facility to strive and continue to grow in their roles. I am also a Community-Based Residential Facility certified by UW-Green Bay and can teach and train directly with all of our care specialists who work at our facilities. I enjoy working with the facility’s leadership, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), resident’s practitioners, and all resident-related services (home health care, hospice, therapy), as well as interacting with the resident and their family/guardian/POA on a regular basis to continue to advocate for whatever is best for our residents.
